On Measure 57-71 Its to many beats in the measure and I can't delete it without crashing and I can't work because of it I need help.

Try the attached midi file if you still can't make the score work.
Indeed, the score reports that it is corrupted. So the question is, can you remember the steps that led to this problem? I'm guessing the cause might be https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/15185
