How to reproduce the bug:
1) Open the attached file: 'MsCrash.mscz'
2) Select bar 16 (not any of the notes or rests in it, but the bar itself)
Some things to note:
-The bar can be selected without errors if I select bar 15 and shift select bar 17
-Subdividing the bar by using a different time signature does not resolve the issue, the new bars also crash the app if clicked
-I can still place notes just fine
-No other bar in the project does this

Update: The issue was resolved upon deleting the mordent, which seemed to be causing the problem. This also explains why ctrl+a and copying everything to a new project didn't solve the issue.
No crash for me, Windows 11, MuseScore 4.0.0
I got the crash once when i clicked around bar 16, and strange selection borders many times, see the capture.png.
I'm unable to tell any particular sequence of actions that causes these.
