How to add tremolo to notes inside un-metered measure?
At measure 54, I have a vibraphone solo, in an extended measure, meant to be ad lib. I want to apply a 2-note tremolo to the notes seen high-lighted, but simply cannot. Somehow, for the marimba solo beginning at measure 49, I was able to apply such a tremolo. I've tried all the choices under the Note Entry pull-down menu. I can't figure out what gives?

...and yet I can apply tremolo by selecting TWO EIGHTH-NOTES, but not TWO QUARTER NOTES?? WTF?
This remains unsolved. I've taken a different direction with creating unmetered measures. Rather than use the Note input = insert, I create the measure with notes desired in a metered structure, then count how many notes I'll need. I've been able to get un-messy 24/8 and 32/8 measured. Now to figure out how to hide ONLY such measure(s).
