Accidental spacing disparity

There seems to be a disparity between in how accidentals are spaced on my score vs how they are spaced on an individual part. M70 on both illustrates the difference. On the score I used Stretch (increase layout stretch) to fix the initial problem as it was occurring there first. It didn't fix it on the individual part. I tried stretch on the individual part but it only adjusted one measure and no others (and not the ones needed).
