MuseScore

Open one file, then open a second (third etc.). On each occasion the program creates a new instance of the application rather than a new tab. Each is recorded separately in the dock. Oddly, when I quit one they are all quit.
The previous version of MuseScore created very useful tabs so I could switch between files smoothly, a functionality that is much more Mac-like.
I have a Macbook Pro, running Monterey, 12.6. The MuseScore version is 4.0.1.
