Can't add to Tempo palette from Master Palette

1). Look for "accel." in Tempo Palette, but not present
2). Look for "accel." in Master Palette, which is present
3). Try to copy "accel." from Master Palette to Tempo Palette, but cursor "chases" lines up the screen until they disappear.
I have a video showing this happening, but the file upload in this application doesn't seem to work.

Accel means to accelerate, get faster. Rall and rit are similar, but, ....
Oops, I stand corrected. In that case 'accel.' is missing from the Tempo palette (and 'Stringedo')
Edit 1: Actually "string." exists, in the Tempo palette under "More".
Edit 2: 'accel.' is in the tempo palette!
