Slur (Bindebogen) doesn't work

I tried to add a slur between two notes (I used the shortcut "S"). The Slur appears, still both notes are being played and not just the first.

Fixed: I needed another shortcut: the "t".
"T" holds two notes which are the same
"S" is like a slide between two different notes.
