How do you make the barline from a cross-staff barline go to the bottom

i put red where the barlien should be, and I already tried to say stem direction down in inspector and I don't wanna drag the barline down

The term you want is beam, not bar-line (which are the vertical lines separating bars or measures). SImply drag the beam to where you want it.

To be clear, no version of MuseScore has ever had a single for beam position in this sense. For non-cross staff notation, simply pressing "X" will flip between above and below, but for beams that are cross-staff, you need to set a position using an offset. In cases like this, dragging is usually the simplest, but it also works to select the beam and use the cursor keys. but if you prefer to try to figure out the numeric offset, you can do that in the Properties panel. None of this has changed from MuseScore 3, except the Properties panel used to be called the Inspector, and the Inspector in MU3 lacked the "lock" button to allow you to easily adjust both endpoints simultaneously.
