Musehub installer crashes after a few seconds of launch

1) Download the Muse_Hub installer (windows)
2) Launch Muse_Hub installer

the installer runs, but after a few seconds, immediately shuts down, with no prompting or errors. Running as administrator solves nothing. Tested on multiple machines on domain network, verified no software is blocking the installer etc.

Workaround: Just download and run the standalone installer, instead of Muse hub.
