MS 4 crashes when Windows system output device changes

If I have headphones connected to my PC and unplug them (causing Windows' output device to switch from "headphones" to "speakers"), MS 4 crashes. I can restart it and recover the "improperly closed" session—so that's fine, but I thought you'd like to know.

Sorry if this duplicates a known issue. I searched but didn't see anything similar.

Devices: AMD High Definition Audio Device, Realtek Audio
