The score which I want to recover became a default starting score

My scores, actually many files from my computer accidentally deleted. I found them in recycling bin and returned all the files. When I tried to open my scores in ms4, the first try (which was a very large orchestral sketch) seemed to be musescore's default "new score" score, one staff and all the measures are blank. On the other hand my other tries worked well, I managed to open my other scores accurately. I always save my scores to my computer, is there any change to fix it or find it in somewhere else, in my computer or maybe in internet? It is a really important score for me.
