Tempo instructions seemingly not working
Good morning! I am enjoying learning to use MuseScore, and appreciate all the help that I am getting from friends and enthusiasts. Thanks for all the support.
I am having trouble slowing a piece down to 45 BPM. I don't know what I am doing incorrectly. I have attached a screenshot and the score. I am working in MuseScore 4, MacOS.
Ideally, I would have a text entry field that would allow me to set it at 45, rather than having to do arithmetic to make the sliders work. That is why I checked the box for "Follow written tempo." What have I failed to do?

Your score plays at 45 BPM for me, and it correctly honors changes I make to the text as well. Maybe there was a temporary glitch that fixes itself on reload?
