Musescore 4 will not open my file

Hello,

I hope anyone reading this is doing well. I just started getting this area on one of my compositions and I need some help getting it working again. I looked up the error code (this is what I got: Error=XML_ERROR_EMPTY_DOCUMENT ErrorID=13 (0xd) Line number=0) and I did what was recommended to fix it (I went to file explorer, opted to show hidden files, and removed the "." from the beginning of the hidden file), but I am still getting the error. It says I have 45KB, so the file is somewhere, it's just not there. I could really use some help. I spent weeks on this. I do have multiple PDFs of each progress point, but I did not get one of the last time I edited it. I have back up files on Onedrive, but those are popping up with the same area. If anyone can do something, please let me know. From the PDFs, it won't be much that I missed, other than having to input everything in again, but I cannot remember the final edit to it.
