MuseScore 4 Standalone MSI Installer Transparent UI/Graphical Issues as of Win 10 Edu 22H2.

I have been using the MuseScore-4.0.2.230651553-x86_64.msi installer to deploy MuseScore 4 and have recently been getting the graphical issues seen in the image below. Initially, I assumed this was due to Windows Defender Firewall blocking the software, which it definitely was, but I've been adding the Allow UDP and TCP rules before the installation now which does away with this error. Even then, I've used this version at home as well and have no experienced the graphical issue before clicking "allow" or even if I choose to block it on the firewall.

This also seems to occur with a previous version I had working, MuseScore-4.0.0.223072007-x86_64.msi now.

Everything appears transparent, with all menus completely white. If you know where each option would roughly be, they all still seem to work, but I can't actually see what I am doing. I have tried copying a good config ini file over as well which doesn't seem to fix the issue. I had hoped forcing a good theme might solve this but apparently not.

The first time I noticed this was following changes I made to my deployment bundle which effectively was causing my PowerShell script which simply adds the aforementioned Windows Defender FW rules in preemptively (I can confirm this is working fine still and the issue remains even if I do this manually). Basically the script was being deleted before it actually ran so the rules weren't being added, thus the firewall was blocking UDP and TCP for MuseScore. Now fixed, I was hoping that would be the end of this but the issue remains. As said, even a complete manual installation with the MSI causes this and the rules are 100% set to allow UDP and TCP.

Recently, I decided to test the installer on a variety of PCs. I experience this error every time I try to install it on any PC with 22H2 installed, but everything seems fine on our machines with 21H2.

Examples of two tested on which it does not work:

Model: DELL Precision 3630
OS: Windows 10 Education x64, 22H2 (19045.2846)
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700
GPU: NVIDIA Quadro Pro P1000

Model: DELL Optiplex 3000
OS: Windows10 Education x64, 22H2 (19045.3086)
CPU: i5-12500
GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 770 (Integrated)

Example of one tested on which it does work:

Model: DELL Optiplex 7010 (the old one)
OS: Windows 10 Education x64, 21H2 (19044.3086)
CPU: i7-3770
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000 (Integrated), also includes unused AMD Radeon HD 7570

Any advice would be appreciated. I can confirm graphics drivers are up-to-date. I should also note, I haven't experienced this issue with MuseHub.
