What kind of fonts? For text, MuseScore already supports whatever your operating system does. For sound, see Soundfont
in the Handbook. For music symbols, I'm afraid you'd need to be a programmer and make the necessary changes yourself to support any but the three fonts already supported in 2.0 Beta.
