Playback Issue

Hello. My playback just became very slow and distorted. When I export the score to an MP3, the MP3 sounds fine. The issue only comes up when I use playback while working on the score. Playback was fine until out of curiosity I added the goblin synthesizer. I have completely removed MuseScore and MuseHub from my computer and done a fresh installation of both, but I still have the same playback weirdness. I'm sure its user error of some kind, but I'm having no luck figuring out what I've done wrong.
