Measure repeat style not showing

I'm writing a piece in Musescore 3, and I'm trying to add a 2-measure repeat but it won't let me. I tried to look up a tutorial on it, and I keep seeing them go to the style settings and click on measure repeat to edit it directly. The style setting comes up for other people too, as seen in the YouTube screenshot below. Yet it does not show up in my style setting screenshot below.
