How do you raise the dynamic of a single or continuing note?
I am trying to make the violin, the trumpet, and the flute raise its dynamics while playing a single long note.
The MuseScore file attached below shows the multiple different methods I attempted to pull this off.

I see that you are using MS 3.6.2 (I am still not moving to MS4 either at present). The improvement promised in the above post will obviously apply only to MS4.

As regards the question on your sample score, the sound chosen in the Mixer does indeed matter. You should always choose a sound where the instrument name includes Expr., which ensures that the sound can handle SND (=Single Note Dynamics).
