Dropped notes in exported MIDI file

In the attached sample (.mscz and .mid), the MIDI file exported from the MuseScore file drops the dotted quarter note in measures 2 and 4. This happens both on my piano (Kawai CN37) and in Windows Media Player, so I don't think its a problem with either of those players. I use the MIDI piano as accompaniment to my flute, and this dropped note is somewhat "disconcerting." It's the only flaw in the whole piece. The dropped notes are in voice 1, and some other notes are in voice 2, if that is a clue.I'

The files are extracted from the complete transcription, but the dropped notes occur in the complete piece, too, which is what led me to extract these measures.
