moving between text fields in New Score dialog

Is there a way to use the keyboard to move to the next text field in the New Score dialog in MuseScore 4? On macOS I'm used to using tab and shift-tab, but that doesn't work in MuseScore 4. I've guessed at a few key combinations without success. It just feels so clunky and slow to take hands off the keyboard to mouse to each field. I checked the Setting up your score page in the handbook but I'm not finding an answer.
