convert *.mscz or *.mszx file to midi file?

Is it possible to convert *.mscz or *.mszx file to a midi file, or can a self made score be saved as a midi file?

Hi, I have the same question. The handbook says to go to File->export, however I am running on a Mac and there is no "File" menu item?

Of course there is File -> Export! Look at the top left ...
