File didn’t save and backups/auto saves were overridden
Was just finishing up some work on a score last night and came back to roughly 1.5 hours of my work gone. I looked around for fixes and found threads about backups and auto saves. I took a look around my PC, but it seems the backups and saves were overwritten when I opened the score in the morning. I use MuseScore 4 on Windows 10.

Are you saying you didn't save the work? Did you close MsueScore without saving, or did you lose power, or did MuseScore crash? Please explain exactly what happened in more detail, and then we can advise better.
