App crashes after opening the app on my lenovo yoga book

Maybe someone can help me with this crash.
I downloaded the app from the playstore and it closes automatically after 2 sec.
If i turn off the wifi i can only move on until the page which leads u to the Abo.
If i turn on the wifi on this page it closes again.

I hope someone can help me.
