Using MuseScore 4 for writing piano music

Is there an option on MuseScore 4 to put the names of notes inside of the note like EZ Play does in their music books?
Also, is there a way to copy and paste scores written into a Publisher document?

I'm a little past a beginner at knowing things about the piano and know some things, but if there's an easy way to learn to use MuseScore 4, I'm open to it. It can be confusing to use at times when I've never wrote music before. I've used it a little, but would love to learn more.
