how to use separate dynamics for bass and treble
When select just the treble staff and enter a dynamis (mf), then select the bass and enter a separate dynamic (p), it seems to play both staves using the llast dynamic entered. How do I enter them separately for each staff? Can I apply dynamics that only apply to a single voice in a staff?

This works (not perfectly) in MuS 3 if you change the properties of the dynamics and, if necessary, the hairpin so that 'Staff' is entered for the dynamic range instead of 'Instrument'.
As far as I know, this does not (yet) work in MuS 4 (I don't use it). However, you can use two pianos, one only with the treble clef and the second only with the bass clef. Then there are two instruments that can have different dynamics.
