"Shaker" and "Cabasa" simply do not sound on my computer. "Castanets" also. Most of the percussion play, but not those three (and a couple of others?) Am I doing something wrong? Have I got a wrong setting?

It is what Germans say as a relpy to someone sneezing. Means (wishing) health.
Actually not to the person sneezing, but to oneself, stemming trom the Plague times, as that disease's initial symptom was sneezing, but most people don't know about rhis old meaning anymore

Or rather what's it used for nowadays.
But it's roots are medieval and plague related.
(And for a Polish sausage cabasa has way to many vowels :-)
