How to reset beams in 7/4 time signature

As suggested here is a copy of the score I have inputted. If I am in 4/4 or 6/4, the sixteenth notes are beamed according to a 1/4 note beat. For some reason, in 7/4 the default has all sixteenth notes beamed together. If I go into the menu for time signature pallette and try to create a new 7/4 the sixteenths still are beamed together for the whole bar. Help please!
