Error Opening Files

Whenever I try to open a file, no matter how (double-clicking the file or File -> Open), I get a message with a file path that isn't even where the file is located.

What most of these files have in common is that they contain characters that aren't in English (letters with accents in Spanish, or from other languages like German).

Additionally, randomly, when a file finishes playing, the duration resets to 0:00:00.

Please, to the developers: every time you fix one thing, you break five new ones.
