Can not open existing file after updating
Following message is shown when I try to open file.
"Cannot read file C:\User.....\xxxx.mscz
This file does not exist or can not be accessed at this moment"

Some people are having this problem because of some of the types of letters in the file title. Chinese or non standard. Try renaming a file something like "ABC" and see if it opens.
Use File > Open or drag it into an open MuseScore window.
If that works, it is a known issue and fixed for 4.4.1
