Is 'Community sharing" (or some such) enabled in its settings?
If so: disable that!
Or update to the latest MuseHub
Upgrading to Muse Hub v2.0 (manually download from https://musehub.com) is probably a good idea anyway.
Muse Hub 1.0 had a 'community sharing' feature, that was basically a peer-to-peer network for distributing Muse Hub content. Of course, the necessary precautions have been taken to ensure that this is secure, but the hard truth is that there will always remain a tiny chance that someone finds a way to break the security measures.
Muse Hub 2.0 has gotten rid of this feature completely, and will only download directly from Muse Group servers.
