MuseScore 4 often going tacet on me!

MuseScore audio is frequently not sounding when I hit play. I have to quit and reload, then it works OK for a bit.

My audio interface is recognised etc. This is on a MAC M2.

Does it happen to anyone else?

As an experiment, have you tried it without the interface? Also, plugging and unplugging headphones while MU4 is running can cause problems.
