Translating MuseScore into ABC

Does anyone have any advice about the simplest way (for a non-techie) to render a score written in MuseScore 4 into an .abc file? I've been told that if it's exported as an .xml file it can be brought into an app that will do the job. If anyone has experience of doing this, I'd be grateful for tips & guidance.
