Shortcuts for "Set visible" and "Set invisible" don't work

Shortcuts for "Set visible" and "Set invisible" don't work.

Why? The corresponding buttons in Inspector (seen on a selection) work.
Are they needed? Isn't "Toggle visibility" sufficient, and having the other 2 on top just confusing?
