Menu Changes

There are some Menus differences which we thing that there are a little bit confusing between the Create tab, the Palette and the window of each choice. The differences are:

CREATE TAB

Clef...
Key...
Time...
System Brackets
Note Attributes...

PALETE

Clefs
Keys
Time
Brackets
Articulation, Ornaments

WINDOW

Clefs
Key Signature
TimeSignature
System Brackets
Note Attributes

Our Suggestion for the CREATE TAB, the Palette and the Window:

Clefs (...)
Key Signatures (...)
Time Signatures (...)
System Brackets (...)
Articulation, Ornaments (...)

The Symbols in the palette have just a few of the hole symbols collection, our suggestion is to put it out of the palette and leave it just as a choice by the Create tab or to add somehow (if possible) all the symbols to the palette.

P.S. By the out coming Greek Translation we have made already those changes.

I changed the wording as suggested except I standardized on "Brackets" instead of "System Brackets" only because I think it is important to have the keyword first. The long list of names in the palette already make it difficult to find what you want.

The Symbols palette is intentionally limited. In previous releases it used to contain all the contents of Create > Symbols. However too many first time users misunderstood and tried to use if for everything from note entry to accidentals.

Brackets is very good!

We will try to track more such kind of issues (if any).

One more question,

Is it possible by the:
Replace (C) ... with symbol ... in Copyright Text

To let some more space for letters;

By the Greek translation we have problems to translate because there is not enough space for letters (there is somehow a character limitation)

The Greek translation is like that:
Replace (C) ... with symbol ... in Copyright Text
Αντικατάσταση (C)...με σύμβολο...στο κείμενο Πνευματικών Δικαιωμάτων

There are about 10 ore more characters which are appear hidden.

We have to cut all the words and it doesnt look good.

If its a problem we will make it so but it could be better to be able to write the hole thing

Is the text cut off because the preference window is too small or is the text cut off even if the preference window is large?

As a side note, I changed the English text recently to "Replace (C) with the copyright symbol © (only applies to text in the copyright section)". It might be a good idea to use a recent nightly build to text your translation with.
