That is probably a video transition effect. Most video editing programs will have something like this. It isn't in MuseScore.

Hmm. So you are suggesting that it's the playback clips of every line of the music stitched together with the same 'book flipping' transition effect?
I am asking because it looks clean to me, as opposed to the current playback of musescore which tend to chopping off the last note if you turn off the scrolling effect.

Definitely done in a video editor. You'll notice not all of the music strips are the same height. The cursor stops at the end of each line. The new cursor is reveled (paused) at the beginning of the new line. So this is several pages in a video timeline that are joined by a scroll transition effect. Then layered with her playing and the fingering video.
