How to cancel auto-renew

I hardly use MuseScore any more but somehow I am on auto-renewal. I want to cancel that but the website makes it nearly impossible. My suspicion is that that is intentional, although it could be incompetence. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to request a refund of my recent auto-renewal payment, and turn off auto-renewal in the future?
