Yiou can import a MIDI into MuseScore Studio
And then export from that as MP3

Simply drag the MIDI into the Musescore window.

It's a Midi generated by Geniesoft Score Writer 4.1. Maybe I was uploading it in the wrong place? Where should I be looking on the site?

Musescore is the most baffling site I have ever been on, it makes literally no sense. I can write fugues but I can't understand how this software/site works.
I have downloaded musescore, and the scorewriting software, and the strings soundfont. The written score has no playback. I don't know how to use the string sound font. Every time I open Musescore it downloads and sets up again. How does anyone make any progress with all of this?!

What kind of hardware/software are you using? A PC with Windows, a laptop with Windows, a PC or laptop with Linux, an Apple computer with macOS or an Apple tablet or smartphone with iOS or a tablet or smartphone with Android?
Musescore is available in a wide variety of versions and download packages. What exactly are you downloading and where are you downloading it from? Its hard to understand what you are doing there.
