Musescore Studio possible Bug

I have installed many soundfonts onto Musescore Studio 4, but when i recently accessed the studio, all these soundfonts were missing. I tried reopening the app but still no success. So I went to Muse Hub application. They said I was signed out, so when I attempted to sign in again, every time an error code was sent back, a blue screen with a grey box in the center titled, "Error".
Is this a bug and how do i fix it to access my soundfonts?
