unauthorized charges

Dear Musescore,
since February 2025, I have noticed recurring charges on my credit card from your company. I have never knowingly subscribed to your service, nor have I authorized these transactions.
these charges appear to be linked to the account registered under the email address : diecellistin@gmail.com

i request to following actions to be taken immediately:
1. full refund of all unauthorized charges since February 2025.
2. immediate cancellation of any subscription or account associated with my card.
3. written confirmation that my payment details have been removed from your system.

ıf this issue is not revoled promptly, I will be forced to report these unauthorized charges to my bank.

please confirm receipt of this email and inform me of the next steps.
