Create Chords

I have written a piece that is to be played on guitar. I would like to add guitar chord charts to the score but they are not in the "chord chart" library that comes with MuseScore. How do I create my own? For example my score uses lots of "9ths" and "13ths" as well as things like Db9b5?

Thank you Raymond,

This was very useful. I will implement this in several songs I have transcribed. However, I am also looking at the chord symbols like this:

Of course, these are Fretboard diagrams. It looks like they can be modified though I have never tried it. There is no indication that one can create new diagrams.
