Slurs and Ties misplaced all over score, latest nightly build

See the attached score. This is different from the previous issue (jumping slurs). Here various slurs and ties, whether they have been adjusted or not, are arbitrarily misplaced all over the score, and some are outside of the page area. When you click on them, the inspector shows offsets of 0.00sp, 0.00sp, so there is no way to set them back to their proper positions.

Also, the footer text is not in the format specified in style/text. It defaults to 13 pt. Lucida Grande.
