Steps to reproduce bug
1. Open attached file: "0.9.5 to 0.9.6 note heads.mscz"

Expected behavior: Note heads should appear the same in 0.9.6 prerelease as they did in 0.9.5

Actual behavior: The last three (Diamond 2, Slash, and X Circle) appear differently
