startcenter doesn't work

Trying to use the new 'toggle startcenter' doesn't do anything, instead in the console the following error is shown:

Warning: qrc:/startcenter.qml:2:1: module "QtWebKit" is not installed (qrc:/startcenter.qml:2, )

66010cc, self-build, Windows 7 (Enterprise, 64bit)

Also results in a warning:
...\MuseScore\mscore\prefsdialog.ui:-1: Warning: The name 'gridLayout6' (QGridLayout) is already in use, defaulting to 'gridLayout61'.
