Steps to reproduce bug
Start a Nightly build of MuseScore and open attached file: "multi-measure rests from 0.9.4.msc"

Expected behavior: Last few measures should all be full-measure rests

Actual behavior: Last few measures only contain a quarter rest for the whole measure

MuseScore version: r.2517 (bug not present in 0.9.5)
