Vertical frame not included in page fill calculations (0.9.6 regression)

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Open "sarabande-gfh.mscz" demo

Expected behavior: Bottom of last system should align with bottom page margin

Actual behavior: Last system goes beyond bottom of page

Workaround: Delete vertical frames and use spacers instead

Discussion: My speculation is this regression happened with r.2450. See http://www.musescore.org/en/node/3799

MuseScore version: r.2517 (bug not present in 0.9.5)
