Musescore Version: r.2438

Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Create a new score
2. Create a tuplet so that the stems of the notes point downward.
3. Place a slur over tuplet.

Expected Result:
The slur appears over the note heads.
Actual Result:
The slur appears under the notes heads so that the stems get in the way of seeing the slur.

Also
4. Create another note next to the tuplet that isn't part of a tuplet.
5. Extend the slur to the note outside the tuplet.

Expected Result:
The slur appears over the note heads.
Actual Result:
The slur appears over the head of the regular note and far above the tuplet.

It seems that none of these problems occur when the tuplet includes notes low enough on the staff that the stems point up, but when there are high notes and the stems point down, the slurs act quire oddly.

Workaround:
The slur's appearance can be fixed after you've put it on the notes by double clicking on the slur and moving the little boxes that appear just like with slurs that do place properly.

I'm not able to reproduce this with the latest nightly builds. Can you provide a same score that shows the problem or test a nightly build and see if the problem still exists?
