Viewpoint doesn't follow note entry (0.9.6 regression)

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Open or create a score with enough measures that not all the measures fit on one screen view
2. Press "N" to start note entry mode
3. Add notes to score until note entry is adding notes outside of the current screen view

Expected behavior: Screen view should change to keep the newly added notes in the current screen view

Actual behavior: Screen view does not change
