Cursor position after tie (0.9.6 regression)

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Press "N" to begin note entry
2. Add a note to the score
3. Press + to add a tie

Expected appearance: Cursor position should appear after the new tied note

Actual appearance: Cursor position appears in front of the new tied note. Because the cursor is in front it made me mistakenly think that pressing another letter on the keyboard would replace the new tied note.
