A "breath" is played in a wrong position

I think that these two are related to each other:
1. a "breath" is played in a wrong position - too early, one note before the "comma" symbol. See the 12th and 18th bar in the attached file.
2. I have an impression that playback won't update until document reload, after the symbol is deleted.
