Mixer window stays on top when switching to another application

Open mixer. Switch to another application with Alt-tab. Observe that the mixer window stays on top and blocks the screen.
The same behaviour is shown for Master Palette, Play Panel, Synthesizer.
Note: Musecore 1.3 behaves correctly.

this had been fixed in a later nightly build, see #42171: Dialogs should not be on top of all apps
